Frequently Asked Questions

Are the questions aligned with the official syllabus? Yes. The questions for each country are based on that country's official theory test syllabus and local traffic rules. Each question bank is reviewed and updated regularly to reflect any changes.

What is the mock test format? Each mock test follows the official format of your selected country. The number of questions, the time limit, and the passing threshold vary by country and match the real test for that country. Your results and a full category breakdown appear immediately after you finish.

What is Pro and how do I purchase it? Pro is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to unlimited mock exams, video explanations, and all app features. There is no subscription. If you have already purchased Pro, you can restore it on any device using the same Apple ID by tapping Restore Purchase.

Where is my progress data stored? All your progress data — answered questions, exam history, favourites — is stored locally on your device only. If you delete the app, this data is permanently removed.

How do I switch country or question bank? Go to the Settings tab and change the country selection. Each country has its own question bank and exam format. Where a country offers more than one content language, you can also choose your preferred language there.

The app is crashing or running slowly. Try restarting your device and making sure your iOS version is up to date. If the issue persists, please contact us using the details below.
