Q: How accurate is the damage analysis?
AutoScan AI is a pre-inspection tool that gives you a structured second opinion in seconds. It is highly useful for spotting visible damage and estimating order of magnitude for repair cost and market value, but it does not replace a certified mechanic or licensed appraiser. Always consult a professional before major purchase decisions.

Q: What photos should I take for the best result?
For the most accurate analysis we recommend at least 4–6 well-lit photos: front, rear, both sides, and close-ups of any visible damage. Avoid blurry shots, strong reflections, and photos taken at night without lighting.

Q: Is AutoScan AI free?
You can use the core scanning features for free. Some advanced features may require a Pro purchase or subscription, clearly indicated inside the app before purchase.

Q: Where is my data stored? Do you upload my photos?
Your reports, photos and vehicle details are stored locally on your device. Photos are sent to our AI provider only for the duration of the analysis and are not retained for training. No account is required to use the app.

Q: How do I change the language or currency?
Open the Profile tab, then choose Language, Currency, or Distance Unit. The app supports English and Turkish, and currencies including TRY, USD, EUR, GBP and more.

Q: The analysis failed or seems wrong. What can I do?
Try the following:

  • Check that you have a stable internet connection
  • Use clearer, well-lit photos of the vehicle
  • Make sure the car fills most of the frame
  • Close and reopen the app, then retry
  • If the problem persists, contact us with the details below

Q: How do I delete a saved report?
Open the report from the Reports tab and swipe left on the entry (or use the delete action inside the report) to remove it permanently from your device.

Q: Can I share a report with someone else?
Yes. Open any report and tap the Share button to send it via Messages, Mail, WhatsApp or any other installed sharing destination.
